At Drivse, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. If your new furniture or decor doesn't perfectly fit your space, our streamlined process ensures a hassle-free exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Drivse account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the items back in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
