How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-8 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery's progress.
What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unassembled to qualify for a full refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Drivse ships to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations soon.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Drivse furniture pieces come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural integrity under normal household use.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order has likely entered our fulfillment process and cannot be changed.
